We put a baking sheet in a preheated oven, put a frying pan with water in the lower part of it and bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180C.

Turin salmon

600 g salmon fillet,
3 potatoes,
150 g cheese
150 g oyster mushrooms,
salt, black pepper to taste.

Peel the potatoes, rinse and cut lengthwise into thin slices, boil in a pan with water until half cooked. Cut the salmon into pieces, salt and pepper. Rinse and dry the oyster mushrooms. Line a baking dish or pan with foil. Put potatoes on foil, put a piece of salmon on top of it, and oyster mushrooms on top. Place slices of thinly sliced ​​cheese on top of the mushrooms and bake in an oven preheated to 180C for 5-6 minutes. Serve with vegetables and herbs.

Tilapia with oyster mushrooms

500 g tilapia fillet,
200 g oyster mushrooms,
2 onions,
mayonnaise.

Fry the mushrooms. Cut the onion into half rings and lightly sauté. Cut the defrosted tilapia fillet into portions. Salt, pepper, spread the fried mushrooms on top, onions on them, coat with mayonnaise and bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes. Serve boiled potatoes with dill and parsley as a garnish.

Homemade kvass for making okroshka

Of course, it is best to use homemade kvass to make okroshka, and today we will figure out how to make it. It will be best if you make kvass without yeast, but some cannot do this. But to make yeast-free kvass, we don't need a lot of time and ingredients.

We need:

  • Rye bread - 3 - 4 pieces (it is better if these are crusts)
  • Boiled water
  • A handful of raisins are small)
  • 2 - tablespoons of sugar

Cooking process:

In order to prepare a good and tasty kvass, we need to cut the bread into pieces and dry them in the oven until bread crumbs and golden brown crust.

The more burnt the crust is, the darker and slightly bitter kvass will turn out, so it's up to you.

After our rye croutons are ready, they must be poured into a three-liter jar to fill about half of the space. After that, you need to add 2 tablespoons of sugar and pour warm water up to the neck. Okay, but stir gently to dissolve the sugar.

It is advisable to make kvass in the morning and in sunny weather, then you will understand why.

We put cheesecloth on the neck and tie it so that it does not sleep, and on top we put the lid on but do not close it, but simply put it on the neck. Place the jar in a deep plate and expose it to the sun so that the jar stays on it as long as possible during the day.

After that, remove the jar to a warm place and after about a day or two, the kvass will begin to ferment and will be ready. The next step will be filtering kvass in bottles and putting in 4-5 raisins. As soon as they have filtered, poured and put the raisins, close them tightly with lids and send them to the refrigerator for another 2 - 4 hours.

The fermentation process will slow down as much as possible and the kvass will be ready to make a delicious okroshechka on its basis.
